Returns

You can return your machine within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it's returned in the same condition it was sent. Buyer covers return shipping unless the machine arrives faulty or not as described. To start a return, just message us on WhatsApp or email.

Warranty

Every machine is fully tested before it leaves us. If a fault develops within the return period, we'll repair, replace, or refund - whichever makes most sense. This covers mechanical and electrical faults, not general wear and tear or damage from misuse.

Delivery

We offer local pickup in Daventry, Northamptonshire and UK-wide delivery. Delivery costs and timescales depend on the machine's size and your location - get in touch for an exact quote before you buy, or check the listing for shipping details.

Payment

We accept bank transfer and payments via Ebay. Full payment is required before dispatch or collection.
